Excellent project managers do not permit the project to degrade by allowing participants the freedom to exceed budget and scope without strict parameters. From scheduling through budgeting and inspecting, BKI meets owner expectations and succeeds.

BKI consists of a highly trained team of Licensed General Contractors who are self-perform project managers and estimators. We understand the goal of every project we manage and the role of every participant. As project managers, we organize and control the multiple participants to the project’s successful completion.
